A TOTAL of K7,626,806.00 was disbursed in Livingstone in 2025 under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to cater for bursaries for secondary school and skills development learners. Meanwhile, Livingstone City Council Town Clerk Sombo Kawilila says skills training institutions are no longer grappling with financial and student enrolment challenges as a result of CDF, while some teacher training colleges have diversified their training modules to include skills training.
