POLICE in Western Province have arrested a 28-year-old businessman in relation to the circulation of false information with intent to alarm another person using an electronic computer system. In a statement, Western Province Police Commissioner Rae Hamoonga said the suspect identified as Leonard Chadida, a “prophet” allegedly conducted a live broadcast on his Facebook page accusing the victim, Vasco Antonio of being responsible for the illness of a local businessman in Kaoma.
