MOVEMENT for National Renewal (MNR) leader John Sangwa says political parties should not celebrate defections and it should be discouraged. And Sangwa says opposition alliances don’t work because of the lack of legal framework. Meanwhile, Sangwa has cautioned citizens against voter apathy in the forth- coming General elections.
