INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi has refuted claims that the UPND government has adopted the PF’s manifesto by implementing the 24-hour economy initiative. Milupi says Tonse Alliance leader Brian Mundubile is “delusional” for making such claims, adding that the initiative is purely a UPND programme targeted at growing the economy.
