FORMER Health minister Dr Jonas Chanda says the health minister should clearly explain what exactly investigative agencies need to investigate at ZAMMSA, following the suspension of senior procurement officers. Dr Chanda adds that government may not get to the bottom of the issues surrounding ZAMMSA if it deals with the symptoms as opposed to the disease itself.
