THE Resident Doctors Association of Zambia (RDAZ) says it is not confident in the health workers recruitment process. On Tuesday, Health Minister Dr Alex Katakwe disclosed in the National Assembly that at least 210 doctors would be recruited upon completion of the ongoing recruitment process. Dr Katakwe was responding to a question from Kalabo MP Chinga Miyutu, who wanted to find out how many medical doctors government had employed countrywide from 2023 to 2024.
