SECOND Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Moses Moyo has officially joined the UPND and endorsed President Hakainde Hichilema ahead of the August 13 general elections. Moyo, who is Luangeni Independent MP, has also declared that he will contest the parliamentary seat on the ruling party ticket. Moyo has previously faced criticism over his perceived association with the UPND. Meanwhile, last week, Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti reserved her ruling on whether MPs who have defected to the UPND are abrogating the Constitution by remaining in the House.
