POLICE in Monze are investigating a matter in which a man identified as Munsaka Simwami allegedly caned his wife for answering a phone call outside the house. Southern Province Police Commanding Officer Moono Namalongo confirmed the incident, saying it was reported to police by the man’s wife on April 10, 2026, at 11:00 hours.
