CITIZENS First president Harry Kalaba says President Hakainde Hichilema should dissolve Parliament now and return power to the people following the recent wave of defections to the ruling party. MPs like Michael Katambo, Sydney Mushanga, Joel Chibuye, Sunday Chanda, Marjorie Nakaponda and Leevan Chibombwe, including the Second Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Moses Moyo, are among the most recent lawmakers who have publicly joined the UPND.
