MPIKA Town Council Secretary Samuel Musenga has revealed that a total of 3,056 youths have benefited from the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in the district. Musenga says the beneficiaries include 1,417 youths under skills training and development programmes, and 1,639 pupils benefiting from secondary school boarding bursaries. He disclosed this in an interview with the Zambia News and Information Services (ZANIS) in Mpika recently.
