POLICE in Eastern Province have arrested Simon Tembo, a Catholic priest of Chipata Diocese, for theft of a motor vehicle. However, the Chipata Diocese has refuted any connection with Tembo, stating that he abandoned his priestly duties and left the community in October 2025.
