POLICE in Western Province have launched a manhunt for Hestern Mwenda, a prime suspect in the murder of an 11-year-old girl. Meanwhile, police have recorded a warn and caution statement from the deceased’s sister, identified as Shelly Munsanje, for the offence of Compounding a Felony, after she deliberately misled both the police and family members by initially reporting the matter as a missing person case.
