ZAMBIA Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) Director General Mercy Ngoma says poor record management by some institutions is slowing down the verification of academic qualifications. And Ngoma says not all foreign qualifications are recognised in Zambia, urging the public to always check whether such qualifications are recognised in the country of origin.
