ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro has wondered why political parties are complaining about the proposal for the secretary general of a party to sign nomination papers, further urging them to be organised. Kasaro also says ECZ will rely on records at the Registrar of Societies to handle unresolved leadership wrangles.
