UPND Elections Chairperson Likando Mufalali says the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) distributed the new constituencies equitably and fairly, saying the process was free from ruling party influence. Meanwhile, Mufalali says Tonse Alliance leader Brian Mundubile has no message that can convince citizens that he is an alternative to lead the country.
