PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has reappointed Mutale Nalumango as UPND vice-president. The Head of State says the move is aimed at maintaining continuity in the party’s leadership as it prepares for the upcoming general elections. And Vice-President Nalumango says the appointment strengthens her resolve to contribute meaningfully to the continued progress of the UPND.
