THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) says it will ensure there is speed compliance at night following government’s move to lift the ban on night travelling. RTSA Acting Deputy Director for Safety Mubanga Mulenga says it will be a requirement that two drivers be assigned during night travel to help manage fatigue.
