CABINET has approved the temporary suspension of the Tazama Open Access framework for a period of six months, from April to September, 2026. In a statement on the decisions made by Cabinet at its meeting held on Wednesday, April 22, Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa said the decision was made to ensure security of supply for petroleum products under the current emergency fuel supply situation.
