MKAIKA PF MP Peter Phiri has joined the UPND and endorsed President Hakainde Hichilema for the August 13 general election. Phiri says he rejects the K1.6 million CDF allocation made under the former ruling party, insisting that he prefers to align where resources are sufficient to help develop his constituency.
