FORMER Energy minister Yamfwa Mukanga says the suspension of the Tazama Open Access framework may result in disruptions to fuel supply in the country. Meanwhile, former Oil Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) president Dr Kafula Mubanga has described the move as disastrous, saying it will result in many players withdrawing from the market.
