THE enhancement of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) has changed the fortunes of DIMVI Construction in Chama District, with the local firm growing its capital from K15,000 to K400,000. DIMVI Construction Director Joseph Dimuna says the increased number of projects under CDF has helped turn the business from a small labour-based operation into a growing company that now employs about 15 people per project.
