COPPERBELT Province Permanent Secretary Lawrence Mwanza has commissioned a total of 23 Constituency Development Fund (CDF)-financed projects worth K24,184,547. Mwanza, in a speech read on his behalf by Luanshya District Commissioner (DC) Paul Malele during a commissioning ceremony held at Fisenge Police Post, said government is ensuring that every Zambian has access to high standards of living through improved service delivery and the transparent and prudent use of CDF.
