NORTH-Western Province Permanent Secretary, Grandson Katambi, has warned that any officer found misappropriating Constituency Development Fund (CDF) will face serious consequences. Speaking during a press briefing in Solwezi, Colonel Katambi said the provincial administration will not tolerate any misuse, diversion or misapplication of public funds. Colonel Katambi stressed that all procurement and financial regulations must be strictly followed, with no shortcuts in the handling of CDF resources. “Any officer found wanting in the management of CDF will be brought to book.
