EASTERN Province Minister Peter Phiri was left disappointed and fuming over the low-quality works at Nguluwe Rural Health Post in Chipangali District. Phiri, who was in the constituency to inspect the facility, was visibly disappointed with the works at the K1.6 million CDF-funded health post, which had already developed cracks before commissioning.
