FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says government released the full amount of Constituency Development Funds (CDF) in 2022, 2023 and 2025. However, Dr Musokotwane says government was unable to release the full amount of CDF in 2024 due to challenges brought about by the drought experienced that year.
