ENERGY Minister Makozo Chikote has presented the Petroleum Development and Management Bill to the National Assembly, which seeks to provide for the management of the importation, exportation, transportation, distribution and storage of petroleum products. Meanwhile, Finance and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane has presented the Public Service Pensions Bill, which seeks to continue the existence of the membership contribution and benefits structure under the Public Service Pension Fund and rename it the Public Service Pensions Scheme.
