POLICE in Lusaka have formally arrested Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Kasonde Mwenda for claiming that the Presidential convoy got lost en route to the Labour Day venue in Chinsali. Mwenda has since been charged with the offence of transmission of unsolicited deceptive electronic communications.
