THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has arrested Charles Mubanga, a former accountant at ZAMCOM, for awarding himself a 30 per cent salary increment while serving as acting Executive Director without Board approval. In a statement, Wednesday, ACC acting Head of Corporate Communications, Chilufya Chisanga, stated that Mubanga also abused his authority by arbitrarily increasing the salaries of five employees beyond the nine per cent approved by the Board.
