TOURISM Minister Rodney Sikumba says the UPND government will not stop implementing projects because of elections, stating that it was the reason the party was elected into office. Sikumba adds that he is confident he will retain his parliamentary seat under the newly delimited Livingstone Central constituency. Speaking during the launch of the upgrading to bituminous standards of approximately 8.31 kilometres of selected city centre roads in Livingstone, Wednesday, Sikumba emphasised that even after the dissolution of Parliament, the UPND would continue to implement projects.
