THE African Union Commission’s Pre-Election and Needs Assessment Mission to Zambia says it is satisfied with the Judiciary’s level of preparedness ahead of the August general elections in relation to electoral dispute resolution. Meanwhile, Chief Justice Dr Mumba Malila says the Judiciary is committed to determining all election-related matters within the statutory 90-day period.
