MINISTRY of Information Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana has described the political environment ahead of the August 13 general election as perfect and conducive. Kawana adds that 26 candidates have expressed interest in contesting the presidency, a reflection of an environment where no one is being intimidated or prevented from participating.
