ACTIONAID Country Director Faides Tembatemba says all aspiring candidates participating in the August polls must publicly declare their assets for accountability purposes. Tembatemba argues that it is pointless for candidates to only declare assets to the ECZ, adding that the Commission does not stand as a witness when public office bearers are taken to court for corruption.
