GOVERNMENT has officially handed over a newly constructed Police Post in Longacres and the first-ever mortuary at Bauleni Clinic under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in Lusaka Central Constituency. The Lusaka City Council Public Relations Unit has revealed that the Longacres Police Post was constructed at a cost of K830,500 and is expected to strengthen security and improve law enforcement service delivery in the area. The Council further noted that the Bauleni Clinic Mortuary, which includes mortuary fridges, was constructed at a total cost of K2,520,454.13 and will greatly improve access to mortuary services for residents of Bauleni and surrounding communities.
