THE Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) has urged the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) to ensure that the August 13 elections are conducted in a violence free, fair, and credible manner. LAZ president Arnold Kaluba says the Commission must enforce the Electoral Code of Conduct against any person or political party that commits offences under Part VII of the Electoral Process Act, 2016.
