MINISTRY of Home Affairs Permanent Secretary Dickson Matembo says Sean Tembo’s party, PEP, is still a political party as per records at the Registrar of Societies. Matembo adds that the applicants during registration of the party, however, indicated preaching and ministry as the main activities. Last Friday, Tembo said presidential candidate Chanda Katotobwe failed to file his nomination, as the party had been re-categorised as a church, whose principal activities were “ministry and preaching” after what he described as unauthorised changes which were made on May 8 and May 21.
