THE Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development says it has launched Lusaka City Council (LCC) on the ZamPortal, a 24-hour government digital operational platform that allows citizens to access council services online. According to a statement issued by Principal Public Relations Officer Liseli Kanyanga, the initiative is aimed at eliminating physical queues and reducing bureaucratic delays.
