JEAN Kapata says the Mundubile-Makebi PF Pamodzi Alliance is campaigning strategically, stating that they do not have to be seen publicly making “noise”. Kapata, who recently filed under the alliance as a candidate for the Mandevu seat, where she was MP from 2006 to 2021, says even a month is enough for them to campaign, recalling that late former president Edgar Lungu campaigned for three weeks and won.
