INSPECTOR General of Police Graphel Musamba has directed commanding officers to ensure that offenders of political violence are swiftly arrested and prosecuted. Speaking when he toured Kanyama Police Operational Zone, Lusaka Division, Musamba said the Zambia Police had activated its electoral security plan for the 2026 general elections. “Our visit today forms part of the Zambia Police Service operational readiness assessments ahead of the 13th August, 2026 general elections.
