LUANSHYA Town Clerk Collins Ndilema says the implementation of K210 million worth of Constituency Development Fund (CDF) projects from 2022 to date has changed the face of the mining town. Ndilema, who recently led a team of Luanshya Municipal Council management members in checking progress on the few remaining CDF community projects under implementation, said over 200 projects have been implemented in both urban and peri-urban areas of Luanshya.
