GOVERNMENT bursaries under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) are helping to keep more girls in school by easing boarding costs at secondary schools in Rufunsa and Luangwa districts. Learners at Rufunsa Girls Technical Secondary School and Mwavi Secondary School say the bursaries have removed the financial burden that once threatened their education and have enabled more girls to return to class.
