UPND spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa has downplayed the recently held NRPUP rally in Kitwe, stressing that “crowds don’t translate into votes”. On Saturday, NRPUP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile held a highly attended rally in Kitwe where he outlined his policies if elected.
