SOCIALIST Party leader Dr Fred M’membe says both the UPND and the Tonse Alliance have no solutions to the country’s challenges. And Dr M’membe says retaining UPND or going back to the PF is not real change, stating that real change would be electing a party such as Socialist, which has never held office before.
