PERMANENT Secretary for Special Duties at Cabinet Office, Fumba Chama, has expressed satisfaction with the impact of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in Chipata District, saying the programme is making a tangible difference in the lives of citizens. Chama made the remarks at the conclusion of his working visit to Chipata, where he toured several CDF-funded projects to appreciate their implementation and assess their impact on local communities.
