ZOCHICHI Trading, a Mpika-based company that produces organic fertiliser, has expanded thanks to a K80,000 loan accessed through the Constituency Development Fund (CDF). What started as a slow-moving venture 12 years ago has grown into a thriving enterprise for Chileya Chiwenda, the Chief Executive Officer of the company. In a statement issued by the Mpika Town Council, the council said the K80,000 CDF loan catapulted the business. “His business changed in 2024 when he accessed a K80,000 loan under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF),” the statement read in part.
