GOVERNMENT has handed over the 2026 CDF empowerment grants, skills and secondary boarding school bursaries amounting to over K9.6 million to beneficiaries in Kanyama. Under the secondary boarding school and skills development bursaries, a total of K6,928,517.81 has been allocated to support 207 learners in secondary boarding schools and 576 students pursuing skills development programmes. And under the grants component, a total of K2,771,400.00 has been distributed to 178 groups and clubs to establish and expand income-generating activities.
