STATE House has wondered whether it was part of late former president Edgar Lungu’s wish that he can be buried after Brian Mundubile wins the forthcoming general election. On Tuesday, while addressing Chinsali residents during a rally, Mundubile said if elected in August, him and Makebi Zulu have agreed to give Lungu a dignified burial. “Our parent, Edgar Chagwa Lungu is still not buried till today.
