NRPUP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile says if elected, his government will introduce a ‘Drive to Own’ empowerment programme, which will allow youths to own cars. Meanwhile, Mundubile says his government will build an airport in Nakonde and complete the construction of Michael Chilufya Sata Girls School in Isoka.
