NRPUP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile has promised that if elected he will implement quality free education by ensuring free uniforms and books for all pupils. Addressing a rally in Chiengi District on Thursday, Mundubile said his government would ensure that a classroom would only have a maximum of 50 pupils. “Our first project here will be the road network.
