FORMER secretary to the cabinet Leslie Mbula says rigging the August polls is not possible as the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has been transparent. Mbula says if Brian Mundubile is worried about rigging he should make his presence at every polling station during the counting of votes to avoid crying foul.
