THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says the issue of running mates resigning from the elections would be taken care of after the polls if their presidential candidate wins. ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro has also assured that the winner of the August polls will be declared 72 hours from the close of the last polling station.
